“ We have gone twice now to this great food truck. The staff is very friendly and sincere. The food is why we go, the flavors of the consomme dipping broth for the Birria is rich without being overly salty. Sadly I could just drink the broth by itself on a cold night. Tortillas are always crisped to perfection and the toppings never over power the protein. If you are on your way up to Volcano or South Point and vice versa, this is a great place to stop for some food. Parking can be a bit tight at the Bed&Breakfast that they share the space with. Going back up again in a couple weeks to try Mulitas and Nachos . ”
